Returns Policy

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders once dispatched.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Why No Returns?

Perfumes are sensitive products that can be affected by storage conditions. To guarantee authenticity and quality for every customer, we cannot accept opened or previously shipped fragrances back into our inventory.
